To care for black coral:
Do NOT get it wet. Although it comes from the ocean, it will warp and lose its luster if it gets wet. Also keep lotion, spray and perfume away from the black coral. Wrap your coral in a soft cloth when traveling or storing- it is easily scratched.
Black coral is an organic material so please understand that imperfections and holes occur within the coral itself.
