Returns & Refunds
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To request a return or exchange email with your order number and indicate which item you wish to return. We will then send you a return shipping label to use to send your purchase back in its original packaging. You can then drop off your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location. Please note that we cannot guarantee returns sent using a shipping method other than the label we provide.
Returning Your Order
To process a return and/or print a new return shipping label:
Sign in to your customer account and select Order History in your Account
Click Request Return next to the order containing the item you’d like to return Select the items you’re returning and click Submit Request
Attach your pre-paid return shipping label to the original packaging or a UPS-provided box. You can drop the item at any UPS location or schedule a courier to pick up the item from the comfort of your home.
Please note, customers outside the U.S. must include any and all commercial invoices (included with your return label) for items being returned.
Please try to use the original packaging to return the item. Items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all Matriark and designer garment tags still attached. Return approval is at the discretion of our team and Matriark reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
Matriark cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
Items on sale for 50% or more, Final sale, Swimwear, intimate apparel, Fine jewelry, Vintage items, Books, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrances, Special Order and customized items cannot be exchanged or returned
To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at the Matriark store or

A few guidelines:
SHOES: When trying on shoes, please do not scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and undamaged shoebox, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside of the original shipping box in order to prevent damage to the shoe box during shipping.
COLORS: colors may vary depending on your computer, tablet or mobile displays so we cannot guarantee that the color that your device displays is 100% accurate.

 If you wish to exchange an item, please email with your order number. If the item you wish to exchange is in stock, we will be able to place the item on hold and ship it out to you once we receive your return.
Return Processing Time
All approved returned items will be credited as either a store credit or a refund to the purchaser’s original payment method excluding return shipping costs. Once we have received and accepted your return you can expect it to be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.
Taxes & Duties 
For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the states below.
