Processing Time

Matriark.com is an online Marketplace and we work with multiple Brand partners located in different locations. The vast majority of our orders will be shipped separately by each of our Brand Partners. Order processing times vary by Brand Partner, please allow up to 72 hours processing time on any order before shipment. Orders are prioritized based on shipping speed selected. Made to Order items have different delivery schedules, and details can be found on each made to order product's product page. Shipping and Shipping Rates

Matriark only ships inside of the US. If you want to ship your order overseas, please email us at info@matriark.com and we will try to accommodate you, but order processing may take longer and shipping rates will be different than the ones below. We will not be able to refund shipping or duties/taxes on returns from internationally shipped orders.

Shipping within the U.S.

Matriark works with multiple Brand Partners from all over the world. Though most of our Band partners offer free shipping in the US, some of them do charge a specific fee. Your total shipping costs at checkout will reflect the combined shipping charges for Brand Partners’ products in your cart. For more information about each Brand Partner’s  fees, please see below.

Shipping Fees

UPS Ground (delivery usually within 3-5 business days) – Free of Charge (exceptions apply for products from some brand Partners). Shipping fees for these exceptions will be described on each product page that the fee applies to.

For all expedited shipping such as 2nd day air and Overnight shipping please contact us at info@matriark.com and we will quote you the shipping rate for your order.

Breda: A shipping fee of $10 will be applied to all BREDA orders. 

Crush Collection: $10 shipping fee for all orders under $380. Free shipping to orders over USD 380.

Les Cires de Bassompierre: all products from Sloane Stationery are shipped from the UK. A shipping fee of $25 will be applied to Sloane Stationery orders less than $200. Shipping is free for orders over $200. 

Sloane Stationery: all products from Sloane Stationery are shipped from the UK. A shipping fee of $25 will be applied to Sloane Stationery orders less than $200. Shipping is free for orders over $200. 

Shipping times are estimates provided by UPS, and we are not responsible if your delivery is rescheduled by UPS while in transit. 

*We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

St. Rose: A shipping fee of $10 will be applied to St. Rose orders less than $150. Shipping is free for orders over $150. 

Package Insurance 

Matriark’s Brand Partners insure every package against theft and accidental damage while in transit, until it is delivered to your specified address. Once the package is delivered, Matriark and our Brand Partners are no longer responsible for your purchased goods. If you are sending this package as a gift, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the merchandise. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery. Please notify Client Services at info@matriark.com, or +1-631-388-7777 if you have refused a package.

In-store pick-up

In-store pick up is not available as most of our products at Matriark.com are available online only.

Order Tracking 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number when your order ships. Please contact us at info@matriark.com with your order number if you do not receive your shipping confirmation email.

If you are registered with Matriark, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting "My Account", followed by "Orders".

Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the package is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24 to 72 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification. 

Please note

Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 24 - 72 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our Brand Partner’s facilities. This can take slightly longer during sale. 

Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.
