Orders and Shipping
All orders are processed from our store in Sag Harbor, Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. For this reason, please allow up to 24-48 hours of processing time on any order before shipment. Orders are prioritized based on shipping speed selected. Please call us at (631) 919-5577 or email us at email@example.com if you would like more details on your shipment.
Matriark only ships inside of the US. If you want to ship your order overseas, please call us at (631) 919-5577 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate you, but order processing may take longer and shipping rates will be different than the ones below. We will not be able to refund shipping or duties/taxes on returns from internationally shipped orders.
Shipping within the U.S.:
UPS Ground (delivery usually within 3-5 business days) - $10
UPS Second Day Air (delivery on the second business day) - $22
UPS Next Day Air (delivery on the next business day) - $44
These shipping times are estimates provided by UPS, and we are not responsible if your delivery is rescheduled by UPS while in transit.
*We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Matriark insures every package against theft and accidental damage while in transit, until it is delivered to your specified address. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer responsible for your purchased goods. If you are sending this package as a gift, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the merchandise. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery. Please notify Client Services at email@example.com, or +1-631-919-5577 if you have refused a package.
In store pick-up
If you would like to pick up your order, please select our Sag harbor store at online checkout and we will let you when your order is ready.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number when your order ships. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you do not receive your shipping confirmation email.
If you are registered with Moda Operandi, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting "My Account", followed by "Orders".
