Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to make any changes, but we can help you with a return (some exceptions apply. Please read our return policy for more information)
If a product is damaged upon receipt, you may return it for a full refund. Just request a return within 14 days of delivery by filling our Return Form.
If your purchase becomes faulty within 3 months from the date of purchase, kindly contact us at email@example.com. Please send us your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if needed. While we cannot guarantee a full return and refund, we can discuss it with our Brand Partners and let you know if the item can be repaired, returned, or exchanged.
General size charts can be found on each product page when made available by our Brand Partners. However, sizing varies between brands, so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need additional information.
Matriark accepts Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB), Paypal, Apple Pay, and AmazonPay. If you have a store credit or a gift card, you are also able to apply the balance to your purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com for further questions.

Matriark.com is an Online marketplace with multiple Brand Partners. Gift wrap will be described on product page when available. If you don’t see information on a product you’d like to purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we will let you know if we can gift wrap it.
Matriark may run a few promotions from time to time. If you have a promotional code, you may enter it in the box provided at checkout. We accept one promotion code at a time only. If you have questions about your promo code, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Matriark may feature a few styles that are available for pre-order. These items are not yet in stock. You will be charged the full amount including taxes and shipping for every pre-order item, and you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive another notification from us when the item is shipped to you. You may cancel a pre-order purchase before it ships. Once the order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. Promotional codes are not eligible for pre-order items.
Matriark may feature a styles that are available as Made-to-Order. These items are made specifically for you, and will most likely not be returnable. You will be charged the full amount including taxes and shipping for every Made-to-Order item, and you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive another notification from us when the item is shipped to you. Once the order has shipped, our standard return policy applies, which means the items will most likely not be returnable.
