Order Changes and Cancellations
If a product is damaged upon receipt, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Just request a return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of delivery.
If your purchase becomes faulty within 3 months from the date of purchase, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if needed.
General size charts can be found on each product page. However, sizing varies between brands, so please contact us at email@example.com if you need additional information.
Matriark accepts Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB), Paypal, Apple Pay, and AmazonPay. If you have a store credit or a gift card, you are also able to apply the balance to your purchase.

The information we collect is used solely to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage in order to help us refine the design and layout of the store.

We can gift wrap most purchases, but some exceptions may apply (example: oversized items such as a large container cannot be gift wrapped). Please email email@example.com to request a gift wrap.
Matriark may run a few promotions from time to time. If you have a promotional code, you may enter it in the box provided at checkout. We accept one promotion code at a time only. If you have questions about your promo code, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Matriark may feature a few styles that are available for pre-order. These items are not yet in stock. You will be charged the full amount including taxes and shipping for every pre-order item, and you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive another notification from us when the item arrives and it is shipped to you . You may cancel a pre-order purchase before it ships. Once the order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. Promotional codes are not eligible for pre-order items.
